Private Tufting Workshop Gift Voucher – Terms & Conditions

What does the voucher include?
The voucher entitles the holder to one private tufting workshop at Studio Yarnatak, for the number of participants specified on the voucher, up to a maximum of 10 participants.

Voucher validity
The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The workshop must be scheduled and redeemed within the validity period.

Advance booking
Advance booking is required. The workshop must be scheduled directly with Studio Yarnatak and is subject to available dates and times.

Voucher redemption
The voucher is valid for one private tufting workshop only, for the number of participants specified on the voucher. It cannot be redeemed for products, other workshops, or other services offered by Studio Yarnatak.

Number of participants
The voucher is valid for the number of participants specified at the time of purchase, up to a maximum of 10 participants. Additional participants may be added only with prior approval from the studio and, where applicable, payment of the additional fee.

Transfer of the voucher
The voucher may be transferred to another person, provided that it has not yet been used.

Changing or cancelling a booking
Once a workshop has been booked, changes or cancellations are subject to the studio's cancellation policy. Failure to attend without prior notice may be considered redemption of the voucher.

Lost vouchers
If a voucher is lost, please contact the studio with the original purchase details. If the purchase can be verified, Studio Yarnatak may be able to retrieve and reissue the voucher details.

Validity and applicable law
The voucher may not be redeemed after its expiration date, subject to applicable law.
