Shipping policy

We make our rugs to order. Please allow up to 14 business days to make and ship your order. 

Domestic shipping
Domestic shipping (in Israel) is free of charge. It takes about 7-14 days for the package to be delivered (not including the processing time of up to 14 business days). Express domestic shipping will take around 1-4 days (not including the processing time of up to 14 business days).

International Shipping
Standard international shipping varies between the country. Standard shipping to USA, Canada and UK takes up to 30 business days. Standard shipping to Australia and New Zealand takes between 3-6 months. This difference is due to the fact that different shipping methods are used to different countries,

Please note that the buyer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
